Questions
Before we begin.
A few practical points about enquiries and working with Uyezd.
What kinds of enquiries do you consider?
We consider both defined requirements and opportunities brought by a principal or authorised representative. These may involve a business, project, asset, product, buyer, supplier or commercial partner.
Does an enquiry need to involve Latin America?
Latin America is our principal focus. We also consider selected international mandates where our relationships and experience are relevant. Tell us the markets involved when you get in touch.
What should an initial enquiry include?
A short, non-confidential summary of what you are seeking or bringing, the relevant markets, and your role is enough to start. Detailed documents can follow once we have agreed the basis for sharing them.
Who does Uyezd represent?
Representation is agreed for each mandate. We clarify the instructing party, our role, the scope of work and commercial terms before proceeding. An initial enquiry does not create a mandate.
How are commercial terms agreed?
Terms depend on the role and scope of the assignment. They are discussed directly and recorded before work begins.
Can you guarantee a transaction?
No. Each party decides whether to proceed and remains responsible for its own verification and due diligence. Uyezd supports the agreed commercial process.
Tell us what you are working on.
A short, non-confidential summary is enough to start.
